Please note that we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products being difficult to package and costly to ship internationally from our factory. We only offer replacements for items damaged in transit.
Replacement Due To Damages (if applicable)
To be eligible for a replacement, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the items at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will allow you a choice of another item with the difference in value refunded or topped up accordingly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sunday Snuggles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sunday Snuggles will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Sunday Snuggles will only accept cancellation and refund requests within 24 hours from the point of ordering or before the item has been sent out for delivery. If the item is already sent out for delivery, we will not be able to process the cancellation or refund.
